If I could give James Sartori 10 stars I would. James came to my rescue and fixed my gas heater. He was honest and very professional and trades are hard to finds with these qualities today. I would without a doubt recommend James Satori's heating and cooling to anyone who is looking for good quality work.

James recently installed a wood fire heater for us in East Geelong, and I highly recommend his work. The installation was relatively complex, but James meticulously examined every detail and made multiple visits prior to the install to ensure everything was perfect. I engaged James Sartori to supply and install a split system reverse cycle air conditioner earlier this month .I'd like to imagine both contractor and client were happy with the final outcome.James arrived and finished on time and kept the work site clean and tidy.He was a good communicator, helpful and a competent trademan with clean tools and equipment including the truck.He kept me informed throughout and made several helpful suggestions that did not impact on the final price.I would recommend him to anyone planning to install a similar system including removal of an old unit.

James provided a quote within 24 hours to install split systems and even moved the install date forward as our toddler was struggling with the hot nights. Very friendly and provided high quality work.

James did a fantastic job installing 4 split systems at our house. He is probably the most courteous, hardworking and honest tradesman I have come across and I can't recommend him enough.

I would highly recommend James from Sartori's Heating & Cooling as he just put in a multi head split system for me at home. James gave me multiple quote options to choose from & was fast & easy to communicate with over the phone & via email. Once I had made my choice of system James come & installed the system fast without compensating on job quality. I told James I would clean up behind him once he was done but there was no need as James kept a clean & tidy worksite as he went.
